Nkoka ready for Malani Kayuni

Hajison Nkoka has declared himself ready for this Saturday’s eight-round non-title fight against Malani Kayuni at Obligado Leisure Centre in Mzuzu.

“Mzuzu Boxing Promoters will host the light welterweight fight,” said 30-year-old Nkoka when he visited The Nation in Blantyre on Thursday.

“Malani defeated me two years ago. It is revenge time. That time I was not ready as I was just slotted in the schedule at the Motel Paradise, but Malani can now expect boxing lessons,” Nkoka boasted.

Kayuni, who is among the new breed of talented boxers, was not readily available for comment. The younger brother to Osgood recently relocated to Mzuzu.

Last year, Malani lost to Masamba brothers, Wilson and Limbani.
